“Do you like Pakistan?” I get asked this question a lot.

Born in Germany, raised in Russia, I have never thought I would find myself happily settled in Pakistan.

Now looking back, I can see how beautifully Allah’s plan works out, how every insignificant event in life can unfold the whole future life.

In 2006 I became a mother to my wonderful daughter Ramsha and was faced with a challenge of parenting. Every parent desires the best and I was not an exception. (My MBA NYU degree and corporate experience?) helped me with understanding the field of Education, starting with Early Years child development with progression into further developmental stages.

I was associated with many high profile educational organizations in the USA, UAE, Russia and Pakistan, being accustomed to different cultures and value sets. My observation stay same for every experience – parents from all over the world worry about the future of their kids and try their best to offer a better future.

Of course, we must agree that the number of families with both working parents is growing and young mothers and fathers are faced with adventures of parenthood. Let’s put it in simple terms- parenting is tough. And more often young families are left to figure out the way through sacrificing own physical and mental health. To add to this the expectations of the extended family and the trend to compete.

Dots Daycare emerged as a venture of much love, patience and hard work. It is intended to be a safe place for parents and their kids where their problems are not dismissed and negated but rather acknowledged and addressed.

Dots Daycare is a place where children are appreciated for what they are, they are helped and guided in various directions, they are never judged and always given affirmation and believe that they are unique and this world needs their presence.

Nursery

Our purpose-set nursery is designed to provide comfort to infants and cater to all their needs in a calm and peaceful environment. Our nursery is equipped with separate cribs, changing table, bathing seats and sterilized utensils for feeds to ensure minimum risk of any infection.

Infants also interact with other children, watching them play and learn social skills through various exercises during the day.

Toddler and Children’s Sleeping Room

Apart from the development of their motor skills, children require plenty of rest. Our toddler and children sleeping room is themed around a jungle theme which makes their beds exciting camps to nap in during the day.

Toddler activity learning center

Throughout the day, your child will partake in structured learning activities focusing on individual advancement and growth. Your child will encounter endless opportunities for development and natural discoveries. Our implementation of creative curriculum stimulates and exposes learning concepts in a fun and engaging way while focusing on reaching emerging milestones.

Our daily routines include both individual and group experiences in the activity room filled with an array of developmentally appropriate manipulatives and materials that enhance each developmental stage. Our toddler program is designed to embrace your busy little learners and focus their energy into learning experiences that will help them grow and learn in a nurturing environment. Small group experiences introduce collaborative learning in a comprehensive program focused on the cognitive development, language development and communication, physical development and health, and social and emotional development.

Children’s activity area

Children learn best through meaningful play and creativity. Our daily routine provides a child centered approach to learning that integrates the cognitive, social emotional, physical and language areas to the total development of the child. Our engagement with the child is strategically aligned with specific goals and objectives within each developmental stage per age group. Creative stimuli are developed via challenging games and puzzles alongwith a well-stocked library corner.

Kitchen

A fully functional kitchen operates to provide wholesome homemade meals and snacks everyday. The menus are based on children’s favorite dishes whilst ensuring balanced diet and appropriate portions. Seasonal vegetables and fresh fruit are always incorporated in every menu.

Online classes

With the advent of COVID-19, online classes have become a norm for every child. Our experience as teachers enables us to tackle this challenge and help children, young and old, to learn and adjust to the ‘new normal’. From attendance, homework submission, assignments and worksheets and other tasks, our team is capable of handling all types of issues. Reinforcement of subject matter is done every day.

Quran

Online Nazra Quran lessons are arranged for children whose parents wish for them to take these classes during the day. Our Quran teachers are qualified Alimas, and train the children to read the Quran with proper tajweed. Children will also learn learn Namaz and basic surahs and duas by heart.

Special tution

If the child requires specialized attention and parents wish for separate tuitions, arrangements can be made accordingly.

Physical exercise/ wellness regime

As seasonal educationists and concerned parents, we include daily indoor exercises for all children to keep them physically active and fit.

Children are also monitored for any developing symptoms of allergies or seasonal virus attacks etc. children also practice meditation and mental wellness exercises to boost their health.
