The Horizon School
The Horizon School was established in 9th June, 2008. The Horizon School is an institution of excellence where tried to maintain the highest standards of education and ethical values according to our religion. By the grace of Allah the second branch of The Horizon School has also been established in Malir City where insha’Allah we will try to our level best to continue the same standard of education. Both systems are maintaining the highest standard of education. The Horizon School symbolizes to importance of a strong foundation for life time learning.
Our aim is to give the best quality of education at the minimum possible cost. We lay stress on learning not just for the purpose of passing an exam but to develop character, values, vision and a mission in every child.
Emphasis is laid on to understand concepts, therefore independent work and interpersonal skills are strongly encouraged from an early age. In accordance with its educational philosophy the school offers many extra curriculum activities to enrich student’s life with knowledge. During the canlender year the students are provided with an opportunity to go out on field trips, art exhibitions, book fair, debates, drama and different kinds of presentations which are a part of The Horizon School. The School Philosophy requires administration to prepare the student as capable of accepting the challenges of the technological age. Hence special emphasis is laid on science education and computing facilities have been made available to all classes. Our vision is of a world that finally lives in Islamic way, respect for life and all people.
Within a safe and secure environment we seek to equip pupils for the world today and tomorrow, to foster self esteem and respect for others, to widen horizons and to give them the means to reach those horizons and beyond. We believe in providing the best quality of education to all our pupils irrespective of their back ground and educating them to produce confident youngsters who are able to take up a variety of roles in our rapidly changing society and to have a self esteem and a pride in their own culture and religion.
