Education: Graduate / Masters Preferrable BBA and MBA in HR Management

Job Role:
- Strategy Building, Development and Management of Taleemi-Hub Job Portal (jobs.taleemihub.com)
- Planning, Coordinating and Execution of Training Programs through engaging Trainers and Facilitators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publishing of jobs, advertised by Edu. Institutions at jobs.taleemihub.com.
- Draft proposals and keep regular contacts to Edu. Institutions through email / WhatsApp and tele .calls in order to brief about Taleemi-Hub services.
- Establish and Execute HR policies and procedures for Taleemi-Hub and Edu. Institutions.
- Evaluation of candidates, shortlisting and initiate primary interviews for final selection process.
- Explore Training need of the institutions, coordination with Training Associates and Organizing training sessions as per Celander.
- Advertise all training sessions at all social media platforms
