HR & Training Executive

Job Role:

  1. Strategy Building, Development and Management of Taleemi-Hub Job Portal (
  2. Planning, Coordinating and Execution of Training Programs through engaging Trainers and Facilitators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Publishing of jobs, advertised by Edu. Institutions at
  2. Draft proposals and keep regular contacts to Edu. Institutions through email / WhatsApp and tele .calls in order to brief about Taleemi-Hub services.
  3. Establish and Execute HR policies and procedures for Taleemi-Hub and Edu. Institutions.
  4. Evaluation of candidates, shortlisting and initiate primary interviews for final selection process.
  5. Explore Training need of the institutions, coordination with Training Associates and Organizing training sessions as per Celander.
  6. Advertise all training sessions at all social media platforms

Education: Graduate / Masters Preferrable BBA and MBA in HR Management
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a reputable organization preferably from Education Sector or Service Industry.
