Aims & Objectives

L’YCOS Grammar School aims at imparting knowledge and developing physical & mental faculties of the L’Y conians in a systematic way; here we believe that each child is important and may even have mega-skills. The main aim is to cultivate a sense of responsibility and to help each child become a good citizen. The L’Y conians are encouraged to learn, observe & infer. These crucial aspects of education form the axis & focal point of all endeavors.

Faculty

We have highly qualified, dedicated and talented teaching staff since we believe that a child acquires 80% of what he’s going to acquire throughout his life at the School only & great vigilance is exercised while appointing teachers. The teaching staff is evaluated and screened through very thorough interviews and demonstration classes. The purpose is to select the teachers with extraordinary competence and teaching skills to impact education in consonance with the highest standards of education.
