RAST Foundation’s mission is to mobilize the community by educating every citizen through programs designed to improve student performance and initiatives to provide quality educational opportunities for all.

The VISION:

RAST Foundation aims to eradicate illiteracy and bring Age of Reasoning to developing countries like Pakistan. RAST management believes that education is an empowering process that allows and guides individuals to develop their passions for learning, critical thinking and moral orientation.

Educating the masses would benefit not only the respective person but also the State and humanity in general.

The Founders firmly believe that: “Every individual has a right to proper education regardless of Race, Gender, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Disabilities, Culture, Age, Social Background or Special Educational Needs.

OBJECTIVES:

• Raise the quality and professionalism of teachers/ trainers across Pakistan.
• Deliver consistent and excellent outcomes for learners and teachers.
  Support various schools and trainers in achieving their objectives for providing better education
• Promote this vibrant sector among decision-makers, and raise awareness of its vital role in the development of the country.
  Assist schools to adopt the latest knowledge and technique for delivering quality education
• Engage parents towards their social responsibilities, which plays a vital role in a quality education system
• Engage with administration and teachers in a structured way with a view for improving teaching standards
• Engage in effective and efficient intra-school partnerships keeping the best interest of the community in mind
• Establish effective working relationships with relevant external bodies – statutory, voluntary and community in the best interests of the pupils
• Help educational institutions to transform from the ‘State of Need’ into the ‘State of Abundance’
• Provide poor and needy women with sound education emphasizing rights and duties
• Provide literature, syllabi, teaching aid and virtual libraries to the schools & general public
• Prepare and develop school curriculum.
