Job Role:

  1. Strategy Building, Development and Management of Taleemi-Hub Job Portal (jobs.taleemihub.com)
  2. Planning, Coordinating and Execution of Training Programs through engaging Trainers and Facilitators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Publishing of jobs, advertised by Edu. Institutions at jobs.taleemihub.com.
  2. Draft proposals and keep regular contacts to Edu. Institutions through email / WhatsApp and tele .calls in order to brief about Taleemi-Hub services.
  3. Establish and Execute HR policies and procedures for Taleemi-Hub and Edu. Institutions.
  4. Evaluation of candidates, shortlisting and initiate primary interviews for final selection process.
  5. Explore Training need of the institutions, coordination with Training Associates and Organizing training sessions as per Celander.
  6. Advertise all training sessions at all social media platforms

Education: Graduate / Masters Preferrable BBA and MBA in HR Management
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a reputable organization preferably from Education Sector or Service Industry.

Marketing & BDE

Job Role:

  1. Strategy Building and Development new clients – Education Institutes and Brands, by effective utilization of current organizational recourses.
  2. Maintain and Engage existing clients by offering new creative ideas of services for long term sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and executing of annual marketing calendar as per the strategy
  2. Regular contacts with new and existing clients through email / WhatsApp, tele calls in order to brief out about Taleemi-Hub services.
  3. Draft proposal as per requirement, sharing to the client and keep strong follow up.
  4. Meeting alignment with clients
  5. Keep searching new Edu. institutions and update its profile on Taleemi-Hub platform data base.
  6. Keep update information of existing Educational Institutes at portal.

Education: Education: Graduate / Masters Preferrable BBA and MBA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a reputable organization preferably from TeleCom, Electronics and Education Industry.
